I asked at the shore excursions desk when we would pass Cabo and was told around 3-4pm today. Wrong - we aren't close. When I called the purser's desk they said around noon or 1pm tomorrow and the Captain would make an announcement. Guess I'll have to wait until then to try to get a glimpse of whales.

Didn't know if I could believe anyone, so pulled out my own GPS and around noon seems tomorrow seems to be about accurate.

Wondered why the heck it smelled so much like paint on my balcony and then I poked my head over the side. Surprise!
