There wee two main sets of falls we visited and we stopped for a while at the first set and for an extended period at the second and larger falls where we could cool off in the water. And it was cool, but refreshing and I recommend. Wear swimwear (you can change at the entrance to the falls if you need to) so you can take full advantage of.
